The Foundation has adopted a new electronic donations application portal, which is now used to receive all applications for the Foundation Sibylla Hesse. All requests must now be submitted online.
If this is your first visit, you will have to create an account. The creation of an account will require an email address and a password of your choice.
If you already have an account, simply log in to the portal by entering your username (your email) and your password.
Once on the portal, you will be able to submit your request electronically. Application forms must be completed in one step. We therefore suggest that you read the questions, prepare your answers, and gather the required documents before you begin. Once your form is completed, you will have the opportunity to save it, submit it now or come back to it later.

There are no deadlines to submit a donation request. We accept applications year-round.
We are a small team, and we receive a large number of requests every year. As such, we are unable to meet and discuss applications on a regular basis. Should we require additional information or a meeting, we will reach out and contact you.
The decision is transmitted by email to the person responsible for the request. It is also possible to check the status of your request on the portal.
Most decisions are communicated within 4 to 6 weeks.
Some requests require a more in-depth analysis and must be submitted to our Board of Directors. Return time for a decision in these occasions can take up to 3 months and organizations are informed.
